Senior Accounting Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end accounting cycle

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, general ledger maintenance, and timely account reconciliations with high accuracy.

Prepare and present MIS reports

• Create monthly financial reports, dashboards, and insights that support internal decision-making and investor updates.

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance

• Handle timely and accurate filings for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Actively support internal and external audits.

Stakeholder coordination

• Serve as the primary finance point of contact—working with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to keep financial operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a startup or fast-growing, tech-driven organization.

Tools & systems

• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Microsoft Office , with advanced proficiency in Excel.

Core finance expertise

• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

Mindset & soft skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Team-first attitude

• Proactive, collaborative, and willing to roll up your sleeves—especially during month-end and year-end closures.
