Your future duties and responsibilities

• Build a strong, transparent, and efficient two-way communication and partnership with the regional and process stakeholders under your coverage.

Control Plan Management:

• Ensure that the internal Accounting Control Plan is properly implemented and monitored across the regions and entities within your scope.
• Perform oversight reviews of control set-ups in the entities under your responsibility. Assess and quantify deficiencies identified in accounting controls and prepare corresponding reports for senior management and governance bodies.
• Ensure that regional finance teams comply with their control obligations and have fully implemented the defined control procedures and standards.
• Perform second-line controls on central teams when required.
