Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Contractor to provide short-term support in account reconciliations, process design, and other key accounting functions. The primary focus will be on completing reconciliations for multiple entities, while also contributing to process improvements and specialized accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have an audit background, strong technical skills, and experience in process design.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Perform account reconciliations for sixteen entities

Reconcile prepaid accounts and deposit accounts

Review and reconcile accrued liabilities and accounts payable, including gratuities payable, gift cards, employee benefits, RRSP, and income taxes payable

Manage reconciliations for deposits payable (deferred revenue)
