Job Description
The Senior Accounts Executive will play a key role in managing complete accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and overseeing the accuracy of financial data. The role requires strong analytical ability, hands-on experience in taxation, and the capability to guide junior team members.

Key Responsilities :
1. Accounts & Financial Management
• Handle end-to-end accounts finalization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Monitor working capital, including receivables, payables, and cash flow movements.
2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Carry out tax planning and provide support in optimizing tax liabilities within statutory guidelines. and Responsible for TDS calculations, deduction validation, Return filing, and TDS reconciliations
• Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly GST computations, GST filings, and reconciliations (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 2A/2B).
• Manage ESI, PF, and Professional Tax (PT) calculations and timely remittance.
• Handle Director’s Income Tax filing, including computation, document review, and submission.
3. Audit Coordination
• Provide complete support to Internal and Statutory Audit teams, ensuring timely submission of audit schedules, reports, and clarifications.
• Assist in implementation of audit recommendations and improving control processes.
4. Team Management & Support
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of tasks.
• Review team outputs such as invoices, payment entries, reconciliations, and statutory workings.
5. Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Prepare monthly bank balances report, fund flow statements, and cash flow tracking.
• Validate working capital reports and highlight variances or potential risks.
• Work on financial projections, budgeting support, and variance analysis.
6. Transaction & Operations Review
• Review and authorize payments, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and compliance.
• Verify invoices, supporting documents, vendor statements, and billing accuracy.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, taxation laws, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, and tax computations.
• Expertise in accounts finalization & financial analysis.
• Strong command over MS Excel, accounting software (Tally / SAP / Zoho / or similar).
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving & reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy level
