Role Overview
We are looking for a Inter CA/M.Com professional with 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the healthcare/hospital sector. This role combines financial leadership with IT-enabled operational excellence, supporting efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Finalization of accounts and financial reporting
Overseeing internal controls, audits, and taxation
Strategic financial planning for hospital operations
Enhancing efficiency through data-driven systems
Implementing and strengthening MIS (Management Information Systems)
Driving digital transformation and automation initiatives
Candidate Profile
Strong background in healthcare finance and operations
Proven leadership and management abilities
Hands-on experience with MIS tools/systems
Ability to enable data-backed executive decision-making
