Senior Accounts Payable Officer

About the role Our client, a growing Australian owned and operated business, is looking for an energetic Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a full time basis. The role will involve full function, end to end Accounts Payable duties working alongside two other colleagues in accounts payable. This role is based five days in the office in the CBD.
The Responsibilities

Overseeing the accounts payable process and verifying vendor invoices

Liasing with internal stakeholders to obatin approvals for payment

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

Credit card reconciliations

Unertake ad-hoc data analyses for management reporting

Month-end closing

Assist with the preparation of cashflow reporting

The successful applicant will have

4+ years' experience in Accounts Payable

Experience within property/real-estate/construction industry is essential
