The Role You Could Play

Working as part of our collaborative Finance team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this is an18-month fixed term opportunity for a Senior Accounts Payable Officerto play a critical role in ensuring the smooth,accurateandtimelydelivery of MECCA’s international accounts payable operations.You’lltake ownership of complex reconciliations, support key stakeholders across the business, and provide guidance within the AP team, contributing to strong financial outcomes for MECCA Brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning key month-end balance sheet reconciliations, including goods in transit, stock over/undersand brand claim receivables

  • Ensuringaccurateandtimelyprocessing of invoices, purchase orders, brand claims,rebatesand ad hoc credits

  • Preparing month-end journals and adjustments, including FX gains/losses, stockdiscrepanciesand write-offs
