Job Description
Hybrid-Tuesday & Thursday in office but could change in the future or as needed
8-10 years of corporate AP experience from the insurance, banking , or financial industry is a must
- This is a very busy role so this person needs to be organized and stay on top of tasks
- Post secondary education in accounting/finance- please verify the candidates education by looking at their diploma or degree
- Experience with Workday is an asset
Responsibilities
- Expense reports, signatures on payments
- Creating cheques for insurers/claims, printing a lot of cheques
- Payments to external vendors
- Reconciliations, ensuring invoices are correct and accurate and no duplications, creating various reports
