What we're looking for

At Ideaware we are seeking a Senior Ad Creative & Social Designer to join one of our international clients, who is transforming how physical therapy is delivered by bringing high-quality, in-home outpatient care to patients across the U.S. They work with experienced clinicians, leverage modern technology, and design patient experiences that are simple, human, and effective.
As they continue to scale, they're looking for a senior-level designer to help them expand their creative output across paid media, social, web, and lifecycle channels. This is a highly hands-on role focused on designing, editing, and iterating performance-driven creative for paid advertising, social media, and lifecycle email.
