To assist and support the corporate admin & mailroom operations of the company, which includes front counter reception, to achieve its set goals. As well as providing admin support in admin operations.

To provide good customer service with the aim of achieving a happy and delighted customer all the time.
Responsibilities
- To be an integral member of the team who is able to multi task so as to achieve smooth operations on a daily basis in the areas of providing effective admin support in admin operations and mailroom/reception operations on Campus
- The role requires admin assistance in the areas of Procurement processes, collating and organizing data, maintaining an organized data system, data entry, organized efiling in sharefolder for the team, and in preparing materials when required
- Assist in vendor liaison for delivery and maintenance scheduling
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders
- To work with the mailroom operations team in the various aspects where support is required in:
- Front counter duties (Mailroom) - handling phone calls, attending to enquiries and daily postal/courier services in Mediacorp Campus
- Prize Tracking System (PTS) - registering the winners' names in PTS; to issue prizes to winners and reconcile uncollected prizes.
- Receive incoming courier mail (documents and non-documents) via the electronic Article Tracking System (eATS). Reconciling uncollected items, etc.
- Verify Local Courier Invoices with rate cards and cost centre, close up PS4 VIM
- Provide good customer service and post-customer service in a friendly and approachable manner
- Update Courier (local and international latest rate cards
- Front counter duties (reception) when shortage of manpower - ensure visitor's info registered in evisitor system and provide visitor pass and collect/reconcile visitor pass
- To render assistance and support in other areas when required
Qualifications
- Minimum ‘N' levels with minimum 3 years of working experience in an admin operations role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; works well as a team player
- Good organizational skills with proficiency in office systems and equipment
- Positive attitude with the ability to solve problems proactively
