Responsibilities:

Purchasing Duties

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, verify accuracy and match with quotes.
  • Coordinate procurement activities for materials, suppliers, and equipment.
  • Track supplier delivery schedules and manage logistics for both local and overseas shipments.
  • Liaise with warehouse team for goods receipt and ensure proper documentation.
  • Resolve issues with purchases or services in collaboration with vendors or users.
  • Match supplier invoices with delivery orders/service reports.
  • Generate monthly outstanding PO reports for management.
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quarterly stock takes and internal audits.
  • Handle vendor communication via calls and high-volume emails.
