This highly regarded Global Investment Manager is seeking an experienced, high-calibre Executive Assistant to provide seamless support within their Global Distribution team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

About the role:
Supporting the Head of and four additional senior members, you will operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders. This is a highly valued position within the business, critical to ensuring the leadership team remains focused and operating at peak efficiency.

Duties:

  • Provide high-level diary, meeting, and calendar management to ensure executives operate efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and expenses
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate external meetings, events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics, agendas, material preparation, catering, vendor liaison, and minute-taking
  • Assist with special projects and workstreams across multiple teams
  • Provide general administrative support across the wider corporate team as required

Skills & experience:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant role within Financial Services or a similar corporate environment
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to manage daily tasks is critical.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high proactivity. 
  • Good interpersonal skill as the position requires daily contact with key stakeholders. 
  • Strong problem-solving ability and time management skills.
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint, Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel.
