We are seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to play a central role in the day‑to‑day operations of the business, working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and operational team.
This is a permanent, full‑time, onsite role based in Jandakot.
About the role
The Senior Administration Officer is a key operational role responsible for coordinating scheduling, client administration, reporting, compliance records, and community‑facing activities. This position supports both internal operations and client experience and requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated aged care environment.
