**Senior Administrative Assistant, TPSP Hotels
- LATAM**
**What you’ll do**:
- Coordinate on-site visitors (internal and external) for the facility
- Provide administrative and clerical support to all TPSP teams in the LATAM region, including detailed calendaring and messaging support
- Maintain organization charts for AMERS TPSP teams
- Process and track invoices for the TPSP teams
- Track department budgets including morale, conference and training,supplies, telecom, and travel
- Purchase order and asset tracking for the TPSP team
- Support creation of presentations
- Assist with space management and office move coordination
- Arrange simple travel arrangements, occasionally plan complex travel, and process expense reports for various members of the LATAM TPSP team
- Oversee event and morale planning for the TPSP team and representing TPSP for facility wide events
