What You'll Do
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will:
Research, calculate, and abstract information and supporting data in preparation for reports, charts and graphs.
Utilize Microsoft 365 applications on a regular basis (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Correlate and edit material submitted by others which may be presented to leadership in draft format.
Compose correspondence, from dictation or verbal direction, with clarity and conciseness.
Carry out details of the assigned leader’s particular responsibilities.
Relieve assigned leadership of routine and administrative details by maintaining a thorough knowledge of the leader’s work and anticipating the needs and priorities of the assigned leader.
