Job Description
As a Sr Administrative Coordinator, you will perform a range of moderately complex and confidential administrative duties, requiring considerable skill and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. You will screen calls and visitors, resolve routine and complex inquiries, and manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. You will exercise moderate autonomy in troubleshooting issues and anticipate the needs of the person you support.
Responsibilities

+ Perform moderately complex administrative assignments related to meeting, seminar, workshop, and conference planning, including material production, scheduling, logistical arrangements, and liaising with participants, speakers, and vendors.
