This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The role involves guiding students through the admissions process for higher education opportunities in India and abroad. Key responsibilities include providing personalized academic counseling, assisting students in selecting programs and universities, coordinating with partner institutions, and addressing inquiries related to courses, admissions criteria, and application procedures. The counselor will also work to build strong relationships with students and their families, ensuring a supportive and informed admission experience.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
• Customer Service and Sales skills to provide effective support and build meaningful relationships
• Knowledge or experience in the Education sector, with a focus on admissions and guidance
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing student queries
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
