Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Admissions Counselor. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for engaging prospective applicants, offering guidance on programs, evaluating candidates' needs, and ensuring they are matched with the right opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting virtual consultations, explaining the benefits of Meritshot’s programs, maintaining ongoing communication with applicants, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the admissions process. The role also requires supporting potential candidates throughout their application and enrollment journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Background in Education or experience in admissions counseling
- Proficiency with CRM tools and remote communication platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals
- Previous experience in career counseling or similar roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Salary: 3.6 LPA - 4.8 LPA Fixed + Variables upto 4 LPA.
- Incentives and Bonuses are applicable for good performance or upon Target achievement.
