Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automatic Data Processing Integration Specialist with strong experience in integrating ADP platforms with multiple enterprise systems. The role requires deep technical expertise in payroll, HR, and financial system integrations, along with the ability to design, implement, and support scalable and secure data flows across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ADP platforms and internal or third-party systems such as HRMS, ERP, Finance, and Time & Attendance systems
- Lead end to end ADP integration initiatives including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Work with ADP APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and middleware tools
- Handle inbound and outbound data flows including employee data, payroll data, benefits, and compliance-related information
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, data mismatches, and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Work closely with the Integration Architect to align design standards, reusable frameworks, and security protocols.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support teams
- Prepare technical documentation and integration runbooks
- Support production issues and participate in release management and change control processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in ADP integration
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or similar ADP platforms
