Senior Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) Engineer

About the Job

Molex is seeking a Senior Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) Engineer to take the ownership and responsibility of managing product and process development, optimization and readiness throughout all phases of our new product introduction (NPI) phases to drive a profitable and on-time launch, including product qualification documents, process performance and readiness, and risk identification and mitigation elimination.

What You Will Do

· Engage and drive PM (Product Manager) / PJM (Project Manager) / MIE (Manufacturing Integrated Engineer) /PD (Product Designer) to effectively document voice of customer (VOC), to manage NPI expectations,and to ensure products meet customer specification and application requirement.

· Enforce proper understanding and application of Engineering and AQP deliverables such as DfM, FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, for product development process (PDP) execution. Remove barriers in the way to project success.
