Senior Advisor

Overview

South Australian Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation Network (SAACCON) is growing and entering an exciting new phase, with multiple new projects and reform priorities underway. We are seeking applications for a Senior Advisor (full-time, ongoing) , as well as Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified candidates interested in upcoming short-term contract and casual policy and project roles .

Key responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with government agencies and departments to support implementation of the National Agreement on Closing the Gap and the South Australian Joint Implementation Plan
• Leading and contributing to Aboriginal policy development, advice and reform initiatives
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with ACCOs, government agencies and key stakeholders
