Your Opportunity: The Senior Advisor, Ethics & Compliance is a rewarding opportunity to help strengthen public trust in the integrity of clinical and non-clinical activities across Health Shared Services (HSS) and provincial health agencies and corporations. As a key member of the Ethics & Compliance team, you will apply your legal or human resources expertise to advance the effective implementation of the Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Bylaw, and Whistleblower Policy. The role collaborates with leaders, staff and partners across the organizations and reports to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. The position offers a high degree of independence working with a collaborative team. You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing Code, Bylaw and policy disclosures.
