**Responsible for the negotiation and administration of smaller Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) within his/her area of responsibility and supports the Director’s assistant during larger sets of negotiations:**
+ Lead the negotiations team and act as principal negotiator during certain sets of negotiations under his/her responsibility
+ Determine negotiations approach to align with the Company’s strategic direction
