people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity a Senior Advisor, Workplace Relations to work for a State Government Department. This is an initial 3 month assignment, with potential to extend, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Doncaster, offering hybrid work arrangements.

Duties:
  • Assist with the end to end re-deployment process
  • Research and investigate queries from managers, employees and unions
  • Identify and report on emerging employee relations issues
  • Support and coach managers in the prevention and resolution of industrial disputes

    About you:
  • Experience dealing with complex and sensitive employee relations issues
  • Experience providing strategic industrial relations advice
  • You are an experienced HR Generalist with knowledge of redeployment processes
  • Previous experience working in State Government is highly regarded
