Job Description

*PLEASE NOTE: The Senior Agile Project Manager will be required to be located in Charlotte, NC and come into our SouthEnd office Tuesday-Thursday.*

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach teams and the organization on how to best use Agile principles/frameworks and effectively leverages appropriate best practices
  • Lead Agile software projects from product conception through release.
  • Serve as Scrum Master or Flow Manager for assigned Scrum and Kanban teams, facilitating events such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement/replenishment meetings, retrospectives/flow reviews and release planning.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other partners to understand the expected product functionality and customer needs.
  • Assist in removing team impediments, and track and maintain metrics for information radiators.
  • Promote collaboration and transparency, and communicate accurate and timely information to partners.
