Senior AI Consultant

We are seeking a Senior AI Consultant with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) . This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling enterprise-grade AI/LLM solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.

You will lead end‑to‑end AI solution design , work directly with clients, and drive the adoption of next‑generation AI technologies such as RAG, AI Agents, vector databases, and foundation model tuning .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and LLM solution architecture , development, deployment, and optimization.
• Design Generative AI and RAG solutions using vector stores, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks.
• Guide teams on model selection, fine‑tuning, LoRA/QLoRA , evaluation, and optimization.
• Build scalable AI pipelines, MLOps workflows , and CI/CD-based deployments.
• Translate client business needs into AI/ML architectures, roadmaps, and technical strategies .
• Develop solutions for AI search, document intelligence, chatbots, and decision support systems .
• Create reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, patterns, and best practices .
• Present AI solution approaches, architecture decisions, and outcomes to senior stakeholders .
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI , XAI, fairness, and bias mitigation frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for data quality, feature engineering, and scalable data pipelines .

Mandatory Skills & Experience

AI/ML Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with ML, DL (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) .
• Experience across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning .

LLMs & Generative AI

• Proven experience with GPT, Llama, Mistral, Falcon , and other foundation models.
• Hands-on with Prompt Engineering, Fine‑tuning, LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT .
• Expertise in RAG systems, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis) .
• Experience building LLM apps using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex .
• Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks : CrewAI, LangChain Agents, DSPy.

Frameworks & Tools

• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, MLflow, Scikit-learn .
• Experience developing AI microservices, APIs , and scalable backend components.

Cloud & Deployment

• Strong experience with Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Databricks Mosaic AI .
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes , containerization, and orchestration.
• Experience implementing MLOps pipelines & CI/CD in production environments.

Programming & Data Skills

• Strong coding experience in Python for model development and data processing.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT, feature engineering, structured/unstructured datasets .

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills .
• Strong problem-solving and solution design abilities.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science , or related field.
