Senior AI Engineer (Product) - $250k + Equity - 100% Remote (Must be Aus based)

This role is for a top-tier engineer with experience in scale-ups who genuinely enjoy working in product-first environments. You’ll take ownership of large-scale, end-to-end AI systems, working closely with product and engineering teams.

They’re specifically looking for someone who understands why and when to use tools like LangChain and LangGraph, can reason about probabilistic behavior, and are comfortable rebuilding systems from first principles with reliability and scale in mind.

What I need from you:

• Product / Customer focused mindset
• A hands-on engineering background (ideally traditional Software Engineering)
• Exceptional communication skills to be able to speak to customers / stakeholders
• Familiarity with multi-cloud systems & associated AI technology
