Senior AI Engineer

Role : AI Engineer (RAG & Agentic Systems)

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy RAG-based systems using vector search, embeddings, LLMs, and contextual retrieval pipelines.
• Build agentic AI tools that can reason, act, and automate everyday internal workflows.
• Integrate existing LLM models and APIs into scalable applications optimized for performance and reliability.
• Create modular AI components such as prompt pipelines, memory systems, and tool-call orchestration flows.
• Work with teams to gather requirements, understand internal processes, and translate them into effective AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and monitor AI systems to improve accuracy, speed, and usability.
• Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, embeddings, model distillation, multimodal capabilities, and agent architectures.
• Contribute to deployment and optimization of AI workloads on cloud platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI development practices.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience building RAG pipelines using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, ChromaDB, etc.).
• Solid understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, embeddings, tokenization, and model APIs.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows—tool calling, action planning, reasoning steps, and multi-step automation.
• Proficiency in Python, including common AI/ML libraries (FastAPI, Pydantic, Transformers, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deploying and monitoring AI applications.
• Ability to design clean, scalable, and maintainable system architectures.
