This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge AI systems that will redefine how users interact with our products and services, fostering deeper relationships and driving long-term value.## Job Responsibilities* Spearhead the end-to-end development of AI-driven components for customer-facing products, with a focus on enhancing user loyalty and personalizing experiences.* Design and construct a comprehensive AI system aimed at transforming conventional communication into more engaging, personalized, and conversational interactions across an omnichannel landscape.* Develop functionalities that seamlessly guide users through their journey, from initial interest to the final purchase, integrating value at every touchpoint for managing a vast customer portfolio.* Maintain and continuously enhance existing productive AI systems, ensuring they deliver ongoing value and sophisticated personalization features.* Implement advanced features such as conversational agents to provide financial advice and facilitate financing simulations for customers.* Develop and integrate multimedia communication capabilities, including AI-powered agents for platforms like WhatsApp.* Expand the agent's communication channels by integrating voice and email, thereby increasing the versatility and responsiveness of automated interactions.* Unify agents and communication channels to create a seamless omnichannel experience, establishing a single, cohesive point of contact for customers.* Conduct onboarding and ramp-up activities on the existing AI stack, ensuring rapid mastery of developed tools and agents.## Qualifications* A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a robust background in back-end development, AI systems, and digital products.* Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AWS services.* Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and integrating conversational agents and AI within customer-facing products.* Experience with LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, and OpenAI Agents SDK is highly desirable.* A strong eagerness to learn and a proven ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies.* Capability to design solutions that deliver sustainable, long-term value and create highly personalized user experiences through AI.* Excellent skills in integrating diverse communication channels, managing omnichannel projects, and collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams.* For candidates located in CDMX, a requirement to visit the office in the Reforma Capital building once a week.
