Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

• Minimum 3 years experience developing LLM/Generative AI solutions.
• Experience building Voice AI applications (voice bots, voice cloning, telephony integrations).
• Hands-on experience across SDLC phases.
• Ability to walk through HOW you build AI features, including tools, reasoning, and debugging steps.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (FastAPI a plus).
• Experience with AI tools such as Dify.ai, Windsurf, Cursor , and LLMs like OpenAI, Mistral, Claude.
• Familiarity with Voice AI tools (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, Azure Cognitive Voice).
• Basic knowledge of telephony APIs (Twilio, Vonage, Dialogflow CX).
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD basics.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills able to explain work clearly.
