Minimum 3 years experience developing LLM/Generative AI solutions.
Experience building Voice AI applications (voice bots, voice cloning, telephony integrations). Hands-on experience across SDLC phases.
Ability to walk through HOW you build AI features, including tools, reasoning, and debugging steps.
Experience leading or mentoring junior team members. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python and Java Script (Fast API a plus). Experience with AI tools such as Dify.ai, Windsurf, Cursor , and LLMs like Open AI, Mistral, Claude. Familiarity with Voice AI tools (Eleven Labs, Play.ht, Azure Cognitive Voice).
Basic knowledge of telephony APIs (Twilio, Vonage, Dialogflow CX).
Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD basics. Soft Skills
Strong communication skills able to explain work clearly.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
