As a Senior Agentic AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll be at the
heart of our mission to bring Agentic AI to life. You’ll design and scale
smart, autonomous systems that help teams around the world work smarter,
faster, and with more impact.

OPPORTUNITIES
  • Develop and maintain intelligent agents, chatbots, and agentic workflows for enterprise use cases.
  • Design and implement AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and Foundry.
  • Developing and fine-tuning AI models, including LLMs like GPT-4 and open-source alternatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable AI solutions with high business impact.
  • Build and optimize models for natural language processing, semantic search, and recommendation systems.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, model explainability, and ethical deployment.
  • Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers.
  • Implementing DevOps/MLOps practices for seamless deployment and model lifecycle management.
  • Scaling AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Documenting architectures, procedures, and project plans for transparency.
  • Contributing to internal AI frameworks and sharing best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise applications.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
  • Azure OpenAI Service
  • Power Automate / Power Apps
  • Microsoft Graph API
  • Semantic Kernel
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Foundry
  • Bonus skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C# for broader development integration
  • Experience building APIs and connecting with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, .
  • Relevant certifications or training in machine learning, AI development, data analytics, and cloud computing (advantageous).
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Solid foundation in secure, scalable API and cloud integrations.
  • Proven track record with LLMs/SLMs such as the GPT series and open-source alternatives.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI workload deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Awareness of AI security, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Business acumen to translate strategy into technical innovation.
