Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior AI/Data Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions that transform traditional reporting into predictive, prescriptive, and intelligent insights. The role focuses on embedding AI capabilities into existing systems to enable forecasting, recommendations, anomaly detection, and automated alerts that drive actionable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI/ML-powered analytics solutions that go beyond static dashboards
Build models to forecast demand and sales trends using historical and real- time data
Develop recommendation engines to suggest optimal partner actions and product focus
Implement anomaly detection models to identify unusual patterns and predict engagement or business risks
Create automated alerting mechanisms for critical KPI and performance changes
Convert complex datasets into actionable, business-ready insights
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
Integrate AI models with existing applications, data pipelines, and dashboards
Ensure scalability, performance, and accuracy of deployed AI systems
Participate in model evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement
Embed predictive, prescriptive, and forecast insights into Power BI reports
Enable real-time or near-real-time monitoring and automated alerts through Power BI
Advanced Power BI dashboards that integrate AI-generated insights
Translate complex AI outputs into clear, actionable visual insights for stakeholders
Work closely with on-site teams, product managers, and data engineers

Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, or Data Science
Strong proficiency in SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
BI embedding expert with hands-on experience (Power BI, Microsoft Stack Preferrable)
Proven experience in analytics and AI solution architecture
Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
Experience with time-series forecasting, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP analytics services
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft AI Stack (Cognitive Service, Fabrics AI, Copilot)
Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
Familiarity with streaming or near-real-time analytics

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills to explain AI insights to non-technical

stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
Proactive mindset with a focus on business outcomes
