Senior AI/ML Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Costa Rica, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Chile. The client is a modern mental health care company focused on providing accessible, high-quality therapy services. An AI/ML Engineer will help build and scale the next-generation AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of data/AI platforms and MLOps, with a focus on enabling traditional AI and LLM-based systems, retrieval/search infrastructure, and integrating models with enterprise tools.
