Position: Senior E-commerce Graphic Designer


Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (offers flexibility as long as work gets done in high quality)


Pay Range: 1500 - 3000 USD (flexible with the budget range depending on the candidate's skills and experience)



Work Location: REMOTE


 

Role Overview


We are looking for a results-focused Senior Ecommerce Graphic Designer who can improve client listings through high-end, brand-focused, and conversion-oriented ecommerce designs that stand out.



You’ll be responsible for creating high-impact Amazon visuals—including product page main images, A+ Premium Content, Brand Stories, Amazon Shop Designs, and ad image designs —that tell a compelling story and convert shoppers into buyers. You’ll translate the brand’s existing assets into Amazon-optimized designs. You will also work with our CRO lead to implement A/B testing changes to images.

 


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Amazon Design for all clients end-to-end

  • Produce ready-to-upload deliverables for Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Manage Your Experiments

  • Manage Figma, including client feedback

  • Maintain brand consistency across all product lines and client accounts.

  • Optimize assets for Amazon’s technical requirements (image dimensions, file sizes, etc.)

  • Manage design projects in Slack and deliver priority projects on tight timelines.

  • Stay updated on Amazon's creative best practices, trends, and competitor benchmarks.

  • Develop internal design templates for future clients

  • Collaborate with CRO and copywriting teams to align visuals with messaging and conversion goals.


 

Qualifications



  • 5+ years of e-commerce graphic design experience.

  • 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central design experience.

  • Must have a strong design portfolio with Amazon or DTC product imagery that demonstrates commercial impact.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon image hierarchy and conversion psychology.

  • Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Exceptional attention to detail, typography, and layout composition.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataDive, and Amazon Manage Your Experiments (a plus).
