Job Description
MRO is seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join our India Accounting team. As a Senior Executive Accounting, you will be a key member of our accounting team, responsible for executing the end-to-end PP process. Leveraging your expertise in accounts payable, you will contribute to the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, and all other routine banking activities in adherence to financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process vendor invoices along with employee reimbursement claims Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails within the agreed SLA Review and validate essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice , invoice date etc. and maintain a tracker of the exceptions Review and maintain Vendor KYC & MSME compliance. Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes Initiate Bank payments: Vendor Payments, monthly payroll payout, employee reimbursements, Statutory Payments (TDS /GST/PF/PT/Etc.) Posting of Bank Receipts, Co-ordinating with banks for Foreign Inward/ Outward Remittances Liaison with financial institution for routine banking activities Preparing Bank Reconciliation / General ledger reconciliation Manage cash positioning and forecasting to optimize cash utilization Implement strategies for effective cash concentration and disbursement Create, monitor, and analyze cash management KPIs & Dashboards Active participation in month-end close process and MIS. Support on annual audits and ad-hoc task / projects, as required Ensure compliance with internal control policies and statutory requirements Education & Work Experience (Required):
Commerce graduate ( with to years of relevant experience Hands-on experience in AP / Treasury function, In-depth knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P--P) process Good knowledge of direct & Indirect taxation (TDS, GST, etc.), Sound knowledge on accounting principles Working knowledge in excel with advance excel functions Working knowledge in MS Dynamics Business Central, or any other similar ERP is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to co-ordinate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
