Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst - Asset Management will serve as the primary owner’s representative and single point of responsibility with respect to each asset for which she or he is responsible, and as such, will provide leadership with respect to the asset management of existing and future properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the key interface between an asset’s owner (and lender where applicable) and Hines senior Regional personnel.
