Responsibilities and Duties:

Secondary Research

  • Complete company and macro industry related research requests (single or multiple industry/specific requested information)
  • Researching for information/ data that require scanning of corporate documents, credit rating, broker researcher etc. to answer client queries
  • Compile and create Public Information Books and Company Profiles
  • Learn and follow all research Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Follow escalation procedure set for the team
  • Interact directly both by telephone and email with US, UK and Asia based clients and counterparts
  • Provide support to operations during time-critical situations
  • Advise clients concerning alternative approaches and resources, deliverable and costs. Help control expenses for secondary data
  • Pass Level Certifications as required by operations
  • Conduct basic and advanced secondary research based on client's specifications with a high degree of accuracy, consistency and in a timely manner

    • Training & Development

  • Involve in buddy program and provide support to new analysts working on request
  • Work and collaborate with leads to expand skill sets focusing on industry related research requests

    • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with the following databases is required: Factiva, Capital IQ, Perfect Information, and Thomson One/Eikon
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

    • Education and Experience: Post-Graduate/Graduate from Finance Background preferred
