Job Description
- Technical Resource: Serve as a technical resource across all five functions, providing expertise in data utilization and tool application.
- Power BI/Excel Reporting: Partner with the People Manager to prepare Power BI/Excel reports based on the provided data to summarize findings, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Develop Transformational Solutions: Collaborate with the Transformation Leader to lead analysis projects that generate actionable insights. Design and implement innovative solutions.
- Execution Management: Organize and communicate updates, plans, and progress for the initiatives you oversee, ensuring efficient execution.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with regional and global teams to share updates and gather feedback, fostering collaboration.
