Job Description

The Role:

Apryse is seeking a Senior Analyst - Commissions, to join our growing Sales and Marketing Analytics team. You will own the commissions administration for all variable compensation roles, play a key role in the planning & processing of commissions, and help with preparation of periodic reporting to the ELT and Board. In addition, you will be a key player in the analysis of sales data, providing sales performance insights and supporting the day-to-day decision making of the Sales Leadership Team. You will also help with forecasting and budgeting, provide ad-hoc analysis of sales activity to support tracking of OKRs for the sales team. You will leverage your prior experience with SFDC and commission administration tools such as Xactly to drive efficiency and improve processes as our reporting requirements and capabilities increase.
