Key Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Support annual compensation planning cycles including salary revisions, variable pay, and promotions.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive pay positioning.
  • Manage job evaluation and salary structure maintenance, partnering with HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Prepare compensation dashboards, reporting, and insights for leadership decision-making.

Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  • Evaluate benefit offerings and recommend enhancements based on market trends and employee needs.
  • Support vendor management including contract renewals, SLAs, and service improvements.
  • Ensure seamless employee experience and timely resolution of benefit-related queries.

Compliance & Data Management

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation & benefits.
  • Maintain high data accuracy in HR systems and support audits as needed.
  • Generate MIS reports, maintain documentation, and manage confidential information responsibly.

Projects & Programs

  • Participate in Total Rewards projects such as benchmarking studies, EVP enhancements, and digitization initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and employee communication around rewards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA/HR specialization preferred.
  • 25 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.
  • Sound understanding of compensation structures, benchmarking methodologies, and statutory benefits in India.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
