A leading mortgage software provider in Canada is seeking an experienced professional to conduct detailed risk analysis and valuation of commercial mortgages. You will prepare comprehensive client reports and drive expert research while optimizing operational processes. The ideal candidate has at least two years in commercial real estate and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with further CFA/CBV training considered an asset. The role offers between 60,000 - 85,000 CAD per year with a hybrid work schedule.
