How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, you will deliver high-impact analytics that help us understand, optimize, and continuously improve our consumer acquisition site experience, ultimately driving digital conversion growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure Data Quality: Own the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through ongoing validation, cleaning, and preprocessing.

Problem Solving & Research: Take a proactive, self-starter approach to investigating complex analytical challenges. Leverage multiple tools and diverse data sources to identify root causes and deliver actionable solutions.

Communicate Insights: Translate data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally to drive alignment, influence decisions, and enable measurable business impact.

Minimum Qualifications

Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics.

Strong proficiency in data querying and manipulation tools and languages, including SQL, Python, cloud-based data platforms, BigQuery, Hive, and PySpark.

Experience building analytical reports and dashboards.

Hands-on experience with inferential statistics, including hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, and experiment analysis (e.g., A/B testing).

Strong sense of personal accountability, exceptional attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of machine learning and modeling techniques to extract insights and identify patterns in data.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
