KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) CI Project Enablement & Governance

• Establish and maintain CI project standards (charters, scope, timelines, RAID logs, change controls).
• Facilitate project ceremonies (kickoff, weekly status reviews, risk reviews, stakeholder alignment).
• Track benefits realization (savings, avoidance, productivity, cycle‑time reduction) and ensure evidence‑based reporting.
• Create and manage a CI project pipeline/backlog and maintain prioritization visibility across stakeholders.

2) Project Management & Delivery Control

• Build project plans, RACI, milestones, and delivery trackers for CI and analytics‑related workstreams.
• Manage dependencies across process owners, IT, data teams, finance, and internal audit/compliance.
• Monitor schedule, scope, and resource risks; escape blockers with clear options and impacts.
