Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day requests from users within the firm for Market Data Products and Services

such as Contract Management, Contract Lifecycle, Invoice allocations, and Purchase Orders.

 Run daily reports in ServiceNow to cater operations and manage data quality.

 Provide inputs and assist with process enhancement, and automation activities.

 Create Requirement Documents, and incident summaries when needed.

 Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop

complex queries and provide reports.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

 Proficiency with tools such as Service Now, Excel, SQL.

 Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality frameworks, and metadata

management.

 Understanding of Contract Management, Contract Lifecycle, Invoice allocations, and Purchase

Orders.

 Familiarity with database management systems...
