We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns and delivering measurable business results across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, SaaS, or healthcare industries.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for maximum ROI, lead quality, and conversion performanceManage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, segmentation, and pacing across multiple platformsUse A/B testing, ad experimentation, and performance insights to enhance campaign efficiency and scale resultsTrack, measure, and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and platform dashboardsImplement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking setups via Google Tag Manager, including tags, triggers, variables, and data layersEnsure accurate event tracking, conversion setups, and custom event implementation based on campaign goalsCollaborate with development/tech teams to validate data layers and resolve tracking issues or discrepanciesPrepare clear, data-driven performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendationsMaintain accurate measurement through UTMs, pixel implementations, and event-based tracking frameworksWork closely with creative, content, SEO, and development teams to align messaging and campaign objectivesInterface directly with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements, present updates, and offer strategic guidanceStay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, ad formats, and targeting advancements(Optional) Manage or support Amazon Ads and Programmatic platforms such as DV360Utilize automation tools such as Optmyzr to drive efficiency where neededCollaborate with junior analysts and cross-functional teams; potential mentoring responsibilities depending on capability and scopeRequirements:
3–6 years of hands-on PPC campaign management across Google, Meta, and LinkedInStrong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Looker StudioAdvanced Google Tag Manager expertise—including tag creation, triggers, event tracking, and QA processesSolid understanding of measurement frameworks, conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel analysisExperience managing search, display, video, retargeting, lead generation, and awareness campaignsAbility to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and client-facing interaction
