We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO & AI Optimization Specialist with 3–6 years of hands-on experience to support the execution of our SEO and GEO initiatives across global client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational knowledge in technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, competitive analysis, and reporting, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of data-backed SEO activities, support ongoing optimization programs, and help enhance organic visibility, site health, and content performance across diverse digital ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Implement on-page SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices including metadata optimization, header structuring, content hierarchy, and internal linkingConduct keyword research and mapping to support content planning and ongoing optimizationPerform in-depth competitor analysis to identify ranking opportunities, keyword gaps, content strategies, and SERP patternsConduct comprehensive website audits and provide recommendations on opportunitiesCoordinate with developers to ensure technical recommendations are understood, prioritized, and implemented correctlyValidate SEO requirements during website updates, new feature releases, and CMS changesTrack and analyze organic performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and other enterprise toolsPrepare structured, actionable reports highlighting insights, trends, issues, and optimization opportunitiesSupport link-building initiatives, track backlink profiles, and help maintain link qualityIdentify opportunities for brand mentions and content outreachWork closely with content, development, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO tasksCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholdersStay updated on algorithm changes, SERP updates, internet marketing industry trends, and evolving SEO practicesExperiment with new optimization methods, tools, and techniques to enhance organic performanceRequirements:
3 - 6 years of hands-on SEO experience across technical, on-page, and off-page activitiesStrong understanding of SEO fundamentals, ranking factors, and organic search behaviorExperience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming FrogExperience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Strapi, or similarProficiency in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindsetAbility to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and evolving SEO methodologiesAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teamsKeen attention to detail, quality, and accuracy in execution
