The Distribution Compensation Effectiveness team is the strategic owners of advisor and sales leader compensation design, delivery, monitoring and governance.

Reporting to the AVP, Distribution Compensation Effectiveness, the Senior Analyst will provide primary support on quantitative design and analysis activities to demonstrate the overall effectiveness of various distribution compensation programs, play a role in managing the ongoing governance frameworks and executing strategic changes. This role provides an excellent career development opportunity to gain experience in the Retail Insurance and Retail Wealth industry in Canada, with direct exposure to business data, distribution compensation insights and senior business leader decision-making.
