Job Description: Sr. Analyst (G2L2)
Department: Global Finance – DSO Price Management CoE
Location: Pune, India Work Hours: 3.30 AM – 12.30 PM EST (Extended hours during close week)
Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst will be a part of the Global Finance – DSO Price Management CoE team working to support our three major stakeholders – Compliance Solutions (CoSo), National Account Services (NAS), Majors Accounts Services (MAS), in ADP. This role will be asked to work on price management related projects, reports and analysis as necessary and appropriate. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of requests through price management mailbox or Seibel Queues. The idea would be that a substantial portion of requests would be handled to support our service levels.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Understand and interpret process with specific focus on the Pricing and identify gaps/opportunities for transformation.
Hands-on experience with technical tools (VBA, SQL, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform etc.) is highly preferred.
Liaison with various stakeholders to design and prove business cases to obtain their buy-in.
Adhere to corporate standards to handle sensitive data and bring out key observations, work on automation and improvement in current processes.
Obtain and act on user feedback for enabling a culture of continuous process improvement.
Ability to identify opportunities for implementing Process Automation.
Ability in identifying Non-Value-Added activities and in streamlining processes to drive an optimum process across the finance function.
Able to handle and process large data set in excel efficiently and accurately
Perform additional tasks as necessary to support the day-to-day responsibilities of the Price Management Team
Qualifications: Any Graduate/MBA (Finance)
Basic Requirements :
3-6 years of related work experience
Prior experience in driving process improvement projects essential Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint and Excel skills Experience in working in a techno functional environment
Proven ability of business partnering at an enterprise level with senior stakeholders
Ability to work in a fluid and unstructured environment
Ability to work under constraints and pressure and be a stickler for timelines
Ability to influence outcomes and decisions of business partners
Strong communication skills
