Overview

Oversees and ensures accountability of the service delivery model and partnerships. Drives cost optimization, change management, and communication. Responsible for compliance and governance in strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Meets regularly with the service partner’s vendor management team to review performance and opportunities. May act as a liaison to assist in issue resolution when required and collaborates with the service partner’s finance and analytics teams on initiatives related to optimal service delivery options. Periodic reviews of financial and KPI/SLA performance with the service partner may also be necessary.
  • Partners with compliance teams, merchants, and regional teams. Serves as a point of escalation and leverages service provider data to inform strategies.
